Our founder, Uta Pippig, is one of the most accomplished marathoners of her generation. As a result, this Web site has much to offer those of you with a special interest in sports and in becoming the best you can be. You’ll discover ideas on finding inspiration, information about other sports, such as biking, swimming, and skiing, as well as articles by Uta and other athletes who share their personal experiences and offer advice about how you can improve your performance in any sport.

The essence of our philosophy is that the steps we take today can make us better tomorrow. The first step is to imagine what you would like to change about your health and fitness routine.
